My description is : I’m a girl who finds peace in yoga and freedom in movement. Stretching helps me connect with my body, slow down, and stay present in the moment. I love exploring flexibility, both physically and mentally. Drawing is another way I express myself — through lines, shapes, and colors, I share emotions that words can’t always describe. Creativity, mindfulness, and gentle self-growth are at the heart of who I am.

I like: I like slow mornings, soft stretching, and the feeling of my body waking up gently. I enjoy yoga because it makes me feel calm, light, and a little happier every day.

I don't like: I don’t like rushing or loud mornings when my body isn’t ready to move yet. I don’t enjoy being pushed or told to hurry — I prefer my own slow rhythm.
